Student Assistant

Student assistants who are employed by Classroom Technology Services deliver and set up multimedia projectors, document cameras and other audio-visual equipment in learning spaces throughout the campus.  They will also aid instructors with the setup and use of technology permanently built in enhanced instructional spaces. They will be trained how to do so. No previous experience is necessary. Essential skills: Punctuality, Dependability, Experienced with computers/computer hardware, Self-Motivated.

All University of Akron student employees must meet the designated minimum standards as stated on the Student Employment Eligibility Chart. UA student employees must be 18 years or older at the time of their start date. Any approved remote work conducted by student employees MUST be performed within the state of Ohio.
