·        Advanced in drafting & design with AutoCAD Civil 3D

·        Advanced in knowledge of the principles of civil construction design & survey

·        Advanced in navigation/knowledge of code requirements

·        Advanced in understanding of the processes and procedures of the organization

·        Fundamentals of Project Management & Team Leadership

·        Some Involvement in the structuring/growth of the organization

Project specific tasks (include, but not limited to):

1.      3D Modeling

2.      Miscellaneous Plan Sheets

3.      Utility Design

4.      Tertiary Plans

5.      ESPC Design

6.      Grading Plan

7.      Storm Drainage Design

8.      Hydrologic Studies 

9.      Stormwater Management Plans.

10.  Full Civil Construction Plans & Addressing Comments

11.  Some Project Coordination

12.  Internal Plan Reviews

Requirements:

Must be a near graduate or graduate with a Civil Engineering Degree.
