The role combines elements of management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, and executive support. Interns will work on real business questions rather than hypothetical case studies.

Projects may include evaluating new markets, analyzing competitors, improving operating processes, assessing customer economics, preparing materials for management meetings, or helping the Chief of Staff coordinate and implement important company initiatives.

Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail

High level of professionalism and discretion when working with sensitive company information

Prior experience in consulting, finance, strategy, operations, or an entrepreneurial organization is helpful but not required.

Graduate students, including MBA and other relevant master’s degree candidates, may be given greater ownership of individual workstreams based on their experience.
