Leadership & Company Operations Intern
About OMIRA
OMIRA is a portfolio operating company that builds, owns, and scales businesses across services, technology, marketing, staffing, consumer brands, software, and real estate.
Unlike a traditional company with one product or service, OMIRA operates multiple active businesses inside one ecosystem. Each company has its own team, priorities, projects, customers, systems, and growth goals.
We are currently looking for ambitious individuals who want to develop into real business leaders.
This is not a traditional internship where you will spend your time observing meetings, completing repetitive assignments, or waiting for someone to tell you what to do. This role is built for people who want to step into responsibility, work directly with leadership, coordinate teams, solve operational problems, and help move businesses forward.
We need people who can lead.
That does not mean you need years of management experience or an impressive corporate resume. It means you must be willing to take ownership, communicate clearly, make decisions, hold people accountable, solve problems, and follow through.
The strongest candidates will be individuals who can enter a fast-moving environment, understand what needs to get done, organize the right people, and make sure progress happens.
Interns may assist with leading projects, coordinating employees and interns, improving internal processes, managing deadlines, supporting business operations, and helping oversee one or more companies within the OMIRA portfolio.
This is an unpaid internship position to start, but it is not designed to remain that way. There is real potential to grow into part-time payroll, full-time payroll, business leadership, or a larger long-term opportunity for individuals who prove they can take ownership and produce results.
For the right person, this role can develop into an Operations Manager, Project Manager, Team Lead, Managing Director, or Business Operator position within one of OMIRA’s companies.
We are not looking for someone who only wants a title on their resume. We are looking for people who want responsibility, pressure, growth, and the opportunity to build something meaningful.
