Project Scheduler - Project Controls Analyst

We're looking for an early-career Project Scheduler/Controls Analyst ready to grow their project management career through hands-on experience. You will gain valuable experience building CPM schedules, estimates, analyzing project data, developing interactive dashboards,  and supporting the next generation AI enable project tools. You'll work alongside project managers and engineers to build, update, and analyze schedules using tools like Primavera P6, learning the ins and outs of critical path analysis, relational databases, and AI-assisted scheduling tools as you go. We welcome candidates who bring a mix of coursework, a scheduling certification, or a Master's in Engineering, Business, or Project Management along with strong analytical and communication skills. Technical depth can be built on the job, but curiosity, systematic thinking, problem solving, and the ability to work well with people across teams are what set great schedulers apart. This is a growth-oriented role with mentorship, learning and development support, and a clear path forward in project controls or project management; a salary range between $72K-$134K with full benefits and tuition reimbursement are included.
