About the Role

Atlantic Recovery Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Operations & AI Intern to help improve the internal systems that keep our business running efficiently.

This is not a traditional collections role. Instead, you’ll work behind the scenes helping streamline operations, improve administrative processes, organize information, research new technology, and explore practical ways artificial intelligence can increase productivity across the company.

This internship is ideal for students interested in business operations, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, process improvement, administration, or technology.

You’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with a growing business while contributing to projects that have a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement AI tools that improve internal workflows
• Assist with administrative and operational projects
• Help organize company documents, procedures, and internal resources
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks
• Create and improve process documentation (SOPs)
• Conduct research on software, business tools, and operational best practices
• Assist with data organization and reporting
• Support special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable learning new technology and software
• Interest in AI, automation, business operations, or entrepreneurship
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities

Preferred (Not Required)

• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Interest in startups, operations, or business systems
