Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Instructional Coach to provide mentorship to teachers and also provide small group intervention services. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners while collaborating with a supportive educational team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide intervention services in small groups for students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade.




• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success.




• Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation.




• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.




• Collaborate with teachers in a mentorship capacity

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)




• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.




• Strong communication and collaboration skills.




• Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs.




• Previous mentorship experience preferred (instructional coach)
