Social Media Growth Strategy Intern
We are seeking a motivated Social Media Growth Strategy Intern to help test and optimize Instagram content. Rather than simply creating videos, you'll learn how successful brands use data driven strategies to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Interns will create five trial Instagram Reels per day using a provided editing template while focusing on SEO friendly captions, compelling hooks, visual presentation, and current Instagram best practices. Throughout the internship, you'll gain practical experience with content strategy, audience retention, and platform optimization.
Responsibilities
• Produce five Instagram Reels each day using an established content template.
• Write SEO optimized captions designed to improve discoverability and engagement.
• Create strong opening hooks that maximize viewer retention.
• Ensure every Reel follows professional visual standards, pacing, formatting, and branding.
• Apply current Instagram growth strategies and algorithm best practices.
• Test different content approaches to identify what performs best.
• Meet daily deadlines while maintaining consistency and quality.
Qualifications
• Current college student or recent graduate.
• Interest in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, sports, or content creation.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels and short form content.
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback.
