Duration: August 2nd (Full-Time, 10-12 weeks) 
💰 Compensation: Intern Work ($2-4k based on time and performance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Intern to support our growing clinical services team. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in clinical operations within a fast-paced, tech-enabled healthcare environment. You will work closely with clinical coordinators, providers, and operations leadership to ensure smooth execution of patient-facing services.

Job Description:

As a Clinical Operations Intern, you will support our technology-enabled service (TES) operations, primarily focusing on patient coordination. You will play a crucial role in our operations, particularly in supporting services provided to personal injury attorneys for patient data management, which is a significant revenue source.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter patient information into our tracking system
  • Sit in on provider & clinical meetings
  • Assist with day-to-day business operations (e.g. scheduling, logistics, and documentation)
  • Help maintain and improve internal databases, records, and process workflows
  • Work with marketing and clinical teams on cross-functional projects
  • Conduct research and summarize findings to help inform operational & clinical decisions
  • Shadow leadership meetings and contribute to administrative planning
  • Prepare presentations and agendas for meetings
     

Requirements:

  • Residency in Massachusetts (MA) or recently graduated.
  • Availability to work on-site at our office Mon-Fri. (Potentially flexible hours 10-6)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 Job Type

  • Full-time, 10-12 week internship. Compensation based on skills and experience.
  • Potential to be hired full-time upon completion of internship
