Lead Processing Specialist
What You’ll Do:
As our Lead Processing Specialist, you’ll be the first impression customers get when they call us. You’ll help keep our team running smoothly while making customers feel taken care of from the very first conversation.
No plumbing experience? Totally fine. We’ll teach you the plumbing. We’ll teach you the systems. We’ll even teach you the AI tools we use to work smarter and faster every day.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Answering inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers
- Scheduling appointments
- Coordinating with field technicians to keep jobs moving
- Following up on open estimates and outstanding work
- Reaching out to past customers to help fill the schedule
- Helping customers understand pricing, promotions, and service options
- Contacting customers about unpaid invoices professionally and kindly
- Keeping records organized inside ServiceTitan
- Using AI and automation tools to make workflows smoother and communication better
What We're Looking For:
You don’t need plumbing experience. You do need personality, hustle, and the ability to keep cool when things get busy.
