Social Media Intern
About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Intern to join our marketing team in Salt Lake City. You'll help bring BiggerPockets' voice to life across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms β supporting content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution for a brand with a highly engaged, passionate audience of real estate investors.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and scheduling content across social platforms
- Help draft captions, community replies, and short-form video concepts
- Support content shoots (filming, light editing) for Reels/TikTok/Shorts
- Track engagement metrics and help compile performance reports
- Monitor trends relevant to real estate and personal finance audiences
- Collaborate with the content and podcast teams on cross-promotion
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Active, savvy user of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube β you understand what makes content perform
- Strong writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) a plus
- Interest in or love of real estate β itβs who we are and what we do
- Based in Salt Lake City for the summer
