Internship Overview

PayerWatch, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to support our internal sales, marketing and outreach efforts.  This internship is designed for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in business development.  

Eligibility

Applicants must be:

• A junior, senior, or graduate student
• Located in or near Towson, Maryland

Preferred majors of Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Journalism, Marketing Communications

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales outreach and lead generation efforts
• Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional initiatives
• Help maintain and update CRM and prospect lists
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials
• Provide general administrative and sales support as needed

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or healthcare administration
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation

• $18 per hour
• Approximately 15 hours per week
