The Opportunity

Oak Hill Country Club is one of the nation's premier private clubs, known for world-class hospitality, championship golf, and a tradition of exceptional member experiences.

We are seeking a Banquet Server who embodies professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a refined, member‑focused environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative, service‑driven team.

Position Details

Status: Part-Time | Year Around

Schedule: Schedule based on club events and operations including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 + gratuity pool share

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service during banquet events to create a memorable experience for members and guests.
• Execute service standards with accuracy, efficiency, and hospitality across a variety of events.
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown while following Banquet Event Orders and department standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout all event spaces.
• Communicate effectively with team members and respond promptly and courteously to guest needs.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous hospitality or banquet service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and remain active for extended periods. Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• A polished, professional presence and genuine passion for service.
• A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
