412 Motorsport Social Media Intern - Content Clipper & Community Manager

412 Motorsport is looking for a creative intern to run our day-to-day social media presence this summer. You'll be the person turning our raw footage into scroll-stopping content and keeping our community engaged across every platform.
Capturing moments around the shop while our team performs their own role is critical. If you live in TikTok, Reels, and Shorts and know how to spot a clip-worthy moment before anyone else does, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Clip & Edit: Turn raw footage and event content into short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts - consistently, every day. Capture moments around the shop via iPhone videos nonstop.
- Post & Schedule: Manage posting cadence across all 412 Motorsport social accounts to keep content flowing
- Community Management: Reply to DMs and comments in a timely manner and in our brand voice
- Engagement: Like, comment, and interact with relevant content and followers to build community and visibility
- Trend-Spotting: Stay on top of platform trends, sounds, and formats and adapt them to 412 Motorsport content
What We're Looking For
- Highly active on TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube Shorts - having an understanding of what makes content perform and bring eyes to 412 Motorsport
- Comfortable with basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar) and incorporating captions if necessary
- Fast turnaround - you can clip and post same-day
- Strong writing skills for captions, replies, and comments
- Reliable, responsive, and able to check in on socials multiple times a day
- Bonus: interest in motorsport, cars, racing culture, assimilate with boutique lifestyle brands

- Location: 7600 Clybourn Ave, Sun Valley CA 91352
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Compensation: $20/ hour with weekly bonuses
- Duration: Summer 2026
