Automotive Sales Associate Intern

412 Motorsport is looking for a high-performing sales closer to drive revenue and bring in high-ticket clients. This isn't a customer service role - but an active sales role. You'll be on the phone, in the DMs, and in front of clients constantly, generating new business, nurturing existing leads, and closing deals with exotic car owners who expect nothing but the best in the automotive industry. If you know how to sell to high-net-worth clients and close with confidence, this job is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Nonstop Outreach: Cold call, follow up, and prospect daily to bring in new work and new clients that fit the 412 Motorsport profile
  • Motorsport profile
  • Lead Follow-Up: Stay on top of existing and potential clients — no lead goes cold under you
  • Closing: Convert conversations into signed business; you own the deal from first contact to close
  • High-Ticket Sales: Identify and pursue high-value clients and exotic car owners who fit 412 Motorsport's target market
  • Industry Expertise: Understand the automotive/exotic car industry deeply enough to speak the client's language and handle objections
  • Competitive Positioning: Clearly communicate what sets 412 Motorsport apart from competitors and use that as a closing advantage
  • Pipeline Management: Track leads, calls, and follow-ups to keep a full, organized pipelineWhat We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally with high-ticket or luxury clientele
  • Strong closing skills - you can handle objections and get to "yes"
  • Confident, persistent, and comfortable with heavy phone/call volume
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in the automotive industry, exotic cars, or luxury services
  • Self-motivated - you don't need to be told to make the next call
  • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
  • Bonus: existing network or relationships in the exotic car / automotive space

  • Consistent new client acquisition and closed deals month over month
  • Strong follow-up discipline with no leads falling through the cracks
  • Clients who see 412 Motorsport as the clear choice over competitors

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: Base + commission / commission structure
