Professional Development Internship Program
YGCCC/YuDevelopment is seeking soon-to-be graduating students for a structured 3-month internship program focused on professional development, workplace readiness, project coordination, documentation, internal systems, and administrative support.
This internship is designed to give students practical exposure to a real business environment. Interns will learn how a growing company organizes information, manages internal tasks, supports projects, communicates across teams, and maintains basic operational workflows.
Program Overview
During the internship, participants will work with the YGCCC/YuDevelopment team on supervised assignments that support internal business functions. The program is intended to help interns develop practical workplace skills in organization, communication, documentation, task management, research, and administrative support.
Interns will receive assignments based on company needs, training objectives, and the intern’s area of interest or academic background. The goal is to provide learning exposure while allowing interns to contribute to real internal projects in a structured and supervised setting.
What Interns May Assist With
Interns may assist the team with:
Managing and organizing documents using Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail
Supporting task tracking, internal follow-ups, and basic project coordination
Updating spreadsheets, trackers, files, and internal records
Helping organize company documents, folders, and administrative materials
Learning how to use ClickUp and other task management systems
Preparing simple summaries, reports, checklists, and internal updates
Assisting with research, data entry, and information gathering
Observing and supporting different business functions, including operations, finance, marketing, sales, project management, and internal coordination
Learning Objectives
By the end of the internship, participants should gain practical exposure to:
Professional business communication
Basic project and task coordination
Internal documentation and file management
Google Workspace tools
ClickUp or similar task management platforms
Basic data organization and spreadsheet use
Research, follow-up, and administrative support
Cross-functional business operations
Professional workplace expectations, accountability, and follow-through
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for soon-to-be graduating students who want to gain practical experience in a real company setting and learn how business operations work behind the scenes.
Ideal candidates are:
- Soon-to-be graduating students or recent graduates
- Interested in business, operations, finance, marketing, sales, project management, administration, or related fields
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail
- Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time
- Clear and professional in written communication
- Willing to learn new tools, systems, and processes
- Able to ask questions when unclear and provide updates on assigned work
- Professional, coachable, and open to feedback
- Experience with ClickUp, CRM tools, spreadsheets, or task management systems is helpful but not required.
Program Duration
This internship program runs for 3 months.
Continuation through the full program is subject to attendance, participation, professionalism, communication, and satisfactory performance during the internship.
