Business Development Representative

Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic Business Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities and grow subscriptions for My Workbelt. You will identify prospects, conduct outreach, book demos, and help service business owners discover how My Workbelt can improve their operations and profits.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through calls, email, and social outreach.
  • Schedule product demos for decision-makers.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
  • Meet monthly pipeline and subscription goals.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of B2B sales, lead generation, or business development experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable using CRM tools.
  • SaaS or service industry experience is a plus.

Compensation Base salary + commission with significant growth opportunities.
