Videographer Content Specialist

As we continue expanding our client portfolio throughout San Diego County, we are looking for a talented and dependable videographer to help us create professional, engaging content for our clients.

Position Overview

Eleana Inc. is seeking a creative and reliable Videographer / Content Production Specialist to support client projects throughout San Diego County. This position will begin on a part-time, on-call basis as our video production portfolio and client demand continue to grow.

The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling to client locations, working directly with business owners and professionals, and capturing high-quality video content that reflects each client's brand and marketing goals.

Projects may include client interviews, business profiles, social media content, promotional videos, events, behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, educational content, and other marketing-focused video production.

As Eleana Inc. expands its client portfolio, this position is expected to develop into a more consistent schedule. After 180 days, the contractor may be considered for transition to employee status based on performance, availability, client demand, and the needs of the company.

Responsibilities

Travel to client locations throughout San Diego County for scheduled video shoots

Capture professional video footage for marketing, social media, websites, advertising, and promotional campaigns

Film interviews, testimonials, business operations, events, products, services, and branded content

Collaborate with the Eleana Inc. team to understand project goals, creative direction, and client brand standards

Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment

Help clients feel comfortable and confident while appearing on camera

Capture appropriate B-roll and supporting footage to strengthen the final production

Maintain organized project files and properly transfer footage following each shoot

Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for scheduled assignments

Represent Eleana Inc. professionally while working at client locations

Be available for projects scheduled in advance as well as occasional short-notice assignments

Qualifications

Experience in videography, video production, content creation, or a related field

Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording

Ability to produce professional-quality footage in a variety of business environments

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional and comfortable working directly with clients

Reliable, organized, punctual, and able to work independently

Ability to travel throughout San Diego County

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Flexible availability for on-call assignments

Ability to provide a portfolio or examples of previous video work

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating video content for businesses, brands, or marketing campaigns

Experience producing short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms

Experience filming interviews and client testimonials

Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows

Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software

Experience working in an agency, freelance, or client-service environment

Photography experience is a plus

Equipment

Candidates with access to professional or prosumer camera, audio, and lighting equipment are encouraged to apply. Available equipment and production capabilities should be discussed during the interview process.

Schedule

This position will initially operate on a part-time, on-call basis. Hours will vary depending on client projects and production schedules. Assignments will generally be scheduled in advance, although occasional short-notice availability may be requested.

As Eleana Inc. continues to expand its client portfolio and video production services, the position is expected to develop into a more consistent schedule.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, project requirements, and the scope of each assignment. Travel expectations and project-specific requirements will be communicated before accepting an assignment.

Growth Opportunity

This position is intended for someone interested in growing alongside Eleana Inc. The selected candidate will initially work as an independent contractor and, after 180 days, may be considered for transition to a part-time or full-time employee position based on performance, client demand, availability, and company needs.
