ROLE OVERVIEW

What you’ll do:

Creative Team Support:

  • Lead conceptual + practical research and tracking ideas in organized documents
  • Conduct image, video and visual research for projects
  • Support design exploration and execution across a range of formats
  • Build visual comps and mockups for decks and presentations
  • Edit video and motion content
  • Archive creative documents and research
  • Format and design document to ensure that all files are held up to design standards

 

Production Team Support:

  • Support the production team in necessary tasks including production-related research, arranging messengers and packages, and creating and managing options sheets.

 

Office Management Support:

  • Provide general office management support 

 

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in the work of creative and advertising agencies, specifically interested in fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle and wellness industries.
  • Experience with video editing, and image research
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work across different teams/departments (including across timezones between the UK and US) and excellent communication skills both in person and via email/phone.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to
    changing priorities.
  • A team player, enthusiastic and positive.
  • Experience with Figma, Keynote, Photoshop, Premiere, Adobe Suite, Google Suite and Microsoft Excel

 

About the Internship:

  • Location: Hybrid - Look’s NY office located at 2 East Broadway 7th Floor, New York, NY 10038
  • Compensation: $20/hr
  • Initial Internship Period: 3 months 
  • Start: August 2026
