Real Estate Intern
Real Estate & Small Business Intern
Location: Lake Barcroft / Falls Church, VA (Hybrid)
Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time
Compensation: $12.77 per hour, with opportunities for increased responsibility, compensation, and career growth based on performance.
Do you believe attitude matters? Do you enjoy personal growth, goal setting, and being part of a positive, supportive team? If so, we'd love to meet you.
My real estate business is growing, and I'm looking for an intern to work directly with me as I help Northern Virginia families buy and sell homes. I've been helping Lake Barcroft families for many years, and this internship is more than just office work. It's an opportunity to be part of a business whose mission is to genuinely improve people's lives during one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make.
Unlike many internships, you'll work directly with the business owner—not in a large corporate office—giving you hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to nearly every aspect of running a successful small business. If you're curious, motivated, and eager to learn, you'll be trusted with meaningful work that will help you grow personally and professionally.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate, marketing, customer service, event planning, entrepreneurship, and small business operations. No real estate experience is required. I'm looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn.
