AI/ML Engineer (Mid-Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI-powered applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions, analyze complex datasets, and implement cutting-edge machine learning technologies that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.

Build and optimize AI-powered applications using modern ML frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.

Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.

Implement Generative AI solutions using prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

Develop APIs and integrate AI models into enterprise applications.

Document technical designs, model architectures, and engineering processes.

Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, research, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistics, probability, and data structures.

Experience developing and deploying production-ready AI/ML solutions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python.

Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.

Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.

Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.

Experience with SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and data preprocessing techniques.

Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or Airflow.

Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Understanding of REST APIs, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, automotive, retail, or enterprise AI applications.

Experience developing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.

Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark.

Familiarity with data engineering pipelines and ETL processes.

AI, Cloud, or Machine Learning certifications are a plus.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
