Paid Faith & Spirituality Program Assistant with Student Engagement & Belonging
Position Summary:

Reporting to the Associate Director for Student Engagement & Belonging (SEB) the Program Assistant’s serve as paid Graduate Interns and para-professional staff members.
This role serves to ensure the daily management needs of each Resource Center including but not limited to; maintaining staff scheduling and tracking through tools like Outlook calendar, reviewing and keeping inventory for programmatic and center office materials, supporting outreach of center’s hours, programs and awareness months and participating in assessment of student engagement as part of the Division of Student Affairs & Enrollment.
The position will work 20 hours a week regularly across a minimum of three days a week and at least 1 evening between 5 and 9pm, with 1-2 weekend events a semester. The majority of center maintenance and program assistance will require hours in person, including onboard training in mid- August as part of the Office of SEB.
The Graduate Intern will work alongside staff to manage student leaders, design and deliver programs, participate in outreach initiatives, referrals to support services, and other experiences that advance student engagement, belonging, and success. The successful applicants will have a demonstrated interest in cultural identity, interfaith, social justice, intersectionality, LGBTQ+/QTPOC and gender spectrum student experiences, along with a desire to contribute to an inclusive campus community. Perfect for folks across a variety of degree specialties; Business Management, Sociology, Communications, ALANA Cultural Studies, Education, Women's, Gender & Sexuality Studies, etc.
