Job Duties: Oversee the operations of the company’s lithium-ion battery-recycling facility; provide executive leadership and operational oversight of the facility, including management of accounting, general administration, day-to-day plant operations, and other essential functions; direct all activities involved in scaling the recycling facility, including establishing operational procedures, staffing plans, and budget processes; ensure timely securing of all environmental permits and other authorizations and oversee ongoing compliance with those permits and authorizations; manage and supervise team of managers and technicians across facility operations, with responsibility for expanding that team as production increases; develop long-term business strategies, operational goals, and financial plans aligned with corporate objectives; and establish and enforce policies for safety, productivity, and quality control.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or related field as well as Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Applied Technology, Environmental Sciences, or related field required. Eight years of progressive experience in a senior management role. Experience to include five years with: engineering or environmental project management, direct supervision of professional-level and technical teams, risk-management, and resource-management operations. Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.
