X-Law Group, a boutique catastrophic personal injury firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our attorneys and gain hands-on experience in high-stakes litigation, including catastrophic injury and class action cases.

Position Overview
As our Legal Administrative Intern, you'll provide essential administrative support while gaining comprehensive exposure to plaintiff-side litigation. You will work directly alongside our legal team and attorneys and gain insight into how multi-million-dollar cases are managed from start to finish.
Primary Responsibilities
Administrative Support (60%)
- Manage multi-line phone system and client communications
- Assist with scheduling depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Organize and maintain physical and digital case files
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with client intake and initial documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements for attorneys and experts
- Assist in maintaining case calendars and deadline tracking systems
Legal Exposure Opportunities (40%)
- Observe client meetings and case strategy sessions
- Assist with basic legal research and document review
- Help prepare exhibit binders for depositions and trial
- Support attorneys with discovery document organization
- Participate in case status meetings and learn litigation workflows
- Assist with class action notice and settlement administration tasks

- Spanish bilingual capabilities a plus
Compensation & Details
- Hourly Rate: $18-22/hour based on experience
- Schedule: 20-30 hours/week (flexible with class schedules)
- Duration: Minimum 3-month commitment, possibility to extend
