Uber AI Solutions is Uber's marketplace connecting experienced professionals with leading Generative AI researchers. We are seeking accomplished Sales professionals to contribute their expertise to a client-led AI initiative focused on enterprise sales, B2B sales strategy, account management, revenue operations, sales enablement, pipeline management, customer acquisition, and go-to-market execution.
This is a paid, remote, freelance project where you'll help improve how advanced AI systems understand, evaluate, and reason through real-world sales workflows.
Responsibilities:
Sales Workflow Definition
Collaborate with AI researchers and engineering teams to define common enterprise sales workflows, including lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline management, account planning, territory management, sales forecasting, negotiation, customer acquisition, and post-sales expansion.
Evaluation Creation
Develop realistic evaluations and test cases that measure AI performance across complex sales scenarios by defining business inputs (CRM data, pipeline metrics, customer requirements, market intelligence), expected outputs (sales strategies, forecast accuracy, account plans, negotiation recommendations), and objective success criteria.
Capability Assessment
Design assessments that evaluate an LLM's ability to perform critical sales functions such as:
- Lead qualification
- Opportunity prioritization
- Sales forecasting
- Account planning
- Territory optimization
- Pricing and proposal recommendations
- Customer segmentation
- Revenue forecasting
- Competitive deal analysis
- Go-to-market strategy evaluation
Data Curation & Annotation
Provide guidance on identifying and organizing high-quality sales data, including:
- CRM records
- Pipeline reports
- Sales performance dashboards
- Customer interactions
- Win/loss analyses
- Sales playbooks
- Account plans
- Revenue reports
- Competitive intelligence
- Market research

Key Requirements:
Domain Expertise:
12+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
Enterprise & B2B Sales
Experience managing complex sales cycles, strategic accounts, solution selling, consultative sales, and enterprise customer relationships.
Sales Leadership
Experience leading sales organizations, coaching teams, quota management, performance optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
Revenue Operations (RevOps)
Expertise in sales operations, CRM management, pipeline analytics, forecasting, sales process optimization, and performance reporting.
Account Management & Customer Success
Experience in customer retention, account expansion, renewals, strategic partnerships, and long-term client relationship management.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Background in market entry, product launches, pricing strategy, channel sales, partner ecosystems, and commercial strategy.
Sales Enablement
Experience developing sales methodologies, playbooks, training programs, performance metrics, and enablement content.
Analytical Skills
Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with the capability to break down complex sales processes into structured, measurable workflows.
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain sophisticated sales concepts to technical and non-sales audiences.
Technical Acumen
Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning, CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, or experience collaborating with technical teams is highly desirable.
Attention to Detail
Exceptional attention to detail in creating accurate, realistic, and comprehensive AI evaluation criteria based on real-world sales practices.
