Marketing Insights Analyst

Role: Marketing Insights Analyst ( Data Analyst )
Location: Remote
Visa: USC & GC 
Contract: 6 Months 
 

Responsibilities: 

· Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

· 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics role; marketing analytics background is a plus

· Strong, proven SQL skills - this is a hard requirement

· Strong, proven proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation - this is a hard requirement

· Hands-on Tableau experience building dashboards for real stakeholders - this is a hard requirement

· Experience with GitHub for version control and code management

· Familiarity with marketing concepts: campaign metrics, conversion funnels, audience segmentation

· Experience with A/B testing, research design, statistical analysis, or data testing tools like Optimizely is a plus

· Familiarity with AI tools to enhance analytical workflows is a plus, though strong foundational coding skills are expected and assessed

· Automotive or EV industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement

· Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple requests without losing attention to detail

· Integrity, transparency, and accountability. You hold yourself to a high standard and aren't afraid to admit when you're wrong or ask for help.

· Resilient to change and thrives in ambiguity. Comfortable navigating uncertainty and finding structure in uncharted territory.
