New York City Real Estate Advisory Firm – Fall Internship Program

A reputable New York City real estate advisory and asset management firm is seeking motivated students to join its internship program.

Important: There are three separate internship roles available. Each intern will be assigned to one workstream only and will work as part of a team within that area. No intern will be responsible for all three workstreams.

This opportunity is open to students from a variety of academic backgrounds who are interested in commercial real estate, finance, business development, marketing, or data analysis and are eager to gain hands-on experience.

Workstream 1: Data Analysis – Real Estate Cash Flow & Investment Analysis

Support the firm's acquisitions and asset management activities by helping evaluate potential real estate investments.

Responsibilities

• Review potential acquisition opportunities
• Organize and structure property-level financial information
• Build simplified cash flow and underwriting models
• Perform investment return analyses
• Support acquisition and asset management decisions
