Clinical & Wellness Liaison

Company: Powered By Love, Inc. (501c3 Nonprofit)

Location: Phoenix Metro Area, AZ (Strictly Localized / In-Person Components Required)

Department: Operations, Health Security & Partner Integration

Position Overview

Powered By Love, Inc. is 501(c)(3) nonprofit seeking a detail-oriented, operationally driven leader to serve as our Clinical & Wellness Liaison for our flagship seasonal campaign, The 831 Experience.

This role serves as the central administrative logistics coordinator and technical contact for all incoming mobile health partners (including medical, dental, and podiatry service units). Operating strictly on the administrative side, you will architect on-site staging layouts, coordinate partner schedules, build patient routing systems, and manage public health compliance to guarantee a safe, dignified environment for our 75 unhoused guests.

🚨 Strictly Non-Clinical & Institutional Liability Guardrail: This position is strictly an administrative operations and logistics coordination track. The contractor does not personally provide medical care, clinical treatment, physical health checkups, or direct patient diagnostics. All direct healthcare delivery and clinical charting are owned entirely and independently by our licensed third-party mobile medical partners (such as Circle the City).

Core Responsibilities

  • Third-Party Provider Integration: Schedule, map, and coordinate precise on-site footprints, vehicle staging lanes, and utility connection requirements (commercial power loops, water lines) for mobile health trailers.
  • Health Safety & Compliance Oversight: Enforce rigorous sanitation standards across the physical medical zone, coordinate a secure tracking network for biohazard/sharps disposal, and perform pre-opening spatial safety audits.
  • Patient Routing Logic: Construct a non-clinical triage flow chart to ensure guests with acute needs are systematically prioritized, and train general volunteers on healthcare hospitality queue protocols.
  • HIPAA Boundary Enforcement: Act as a strict guardian of guest privacy by ensuring zero Protected Health Information (PHI) enters our standard database environments, keeping all intakes 100% siloed within the treating providers' platforms.

Job Requirements & Ideal Qualifications

  • Academic Alignment: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Health Administration (MHA), Master of Social Work (MSW), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Healthcare Administration program.
  • Compliance Fluency: Solid working knowledge of federal HIPAA guidelines, biohazard compliance boundaries, and public health staging rules.
  • Logistical Coordination: High capacity to design movement timelines, interpret spatial utility maps, and maintain operational composure during high-volume, live community service campaigns.

Geographic & Legal Constraints:

  • Must be strictly localized to the Phoenix Metro Area for physical site mapping and live event execution.
  • US Work Authorization Required: Candidates must possess immediate, independent US work authorization. We are unable to accommodate international visa sponsorships or corporate OPT/CPT tracking for this seasonal contract.

Compensation & Performance Runway

  • Hourly Rate: $18.00 / Hour.
  • Project Window: Milestone-driven contract running from July 13, 2026, through November 30, 2026.
  • Total Approved Commitment: Up to 200 total project hours over the lifecycle of the campaign.
  • Pacing Expectations: Workflow is self-paced and flexible from July through September (averaging 5–10 hours per week for outreach and permitting), ramping up to a concentrated 100-hour block in October for live on-site command during 16-hour weekend campaign execution shifts.
