What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners through company-provided, pre-set appointments
• Conduct in-home consultations and identify customer needs
• Present tailored energy-efficient home upgrade solutions
• Learn how to build value, handle objections, and guide decision-making
• Operate in a structured environment where performance is tracked and measured
