About the Role

We're looking for ambitious, curious, and competitive students to join our Business Development team.

This isn't the kind of internship where you spend your summer organizing spreadsheets or grabbing coffee. From your first week, you'll be speaking with business owners, helping generate new customers, and learning how high-growth startups build predictable sales engines.

You'll work directly with our founders and sales team, gaining real-world experience in sales, communication, startup operations, and AI-powered outbound prospecting.

High-performing interns will have the opportunity to continue into the fall semester and be considered for future full-time roles after graduation.

What You'll Do

Prospect & Generate Pipeline

  • Research and identify independent building supply businesses across North America
  • Launch outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Connect with owners and decision makers through cold calling and personalized outreach
  • Qualify prospects and identify opportunities for our Account Executives

Sales Development

  • Schedule qualified product demonstrations for our sales team
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges
  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects
  • Learn proven outbound sales strategies used by high-performing SaaS companies

Grow Alongside the Company

  • Work directly with experienced startup founders
  • Learn modern sales technology, CRM systems, AI tools, and automation workflows
  • Contribute ideas to improve our sales process and outbound strategy
  • Help build one of the fastest-growing companies in vertical SaaS

You May Be a Great Fit If You...

  • Are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (Sophomore through Senior preferred)
  • Enjoy talking with people and aren't afraid to pick up the phone
  • Are an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Are organized, reliable, and follow through on commitments
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where you can take ownership
  • Are curious, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Have an interest in startups, technology, venture capital, or entrepreneurship

Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, athletics, leadership organizations, or campus clubs is a plus—but absolutely not required.
