Customer Success Representative (Entry-Level)
Are you a recent college graduate looking to build a career in technology, customer success, or software? At ClearPath TMS, you'll have the opportunity to work with an innovative enterprise software platform serving the auto transport industry while developing valuable skills in customer support, training, and SaaS technology.
We're looking for a motivated, curious, and people-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, and helping customers succeed. No prior SaaS experience is required; we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Salary: $45,000–$52,000 annually, plus performance-based incentive bonuses.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll play an important role in helping our customers get the most from our software. Your responsibilities will include:
- Training new customers during software implementations and onboarding.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance as customers adopt new features.
- Collaborating with our Sales, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve training resources and customer education.
- Creating and updating training materials for both customers and internal teams.
- Hosting webinars and virtual training sessions on our software and best practices.
- Building strong relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional support experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and explain technical concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience creating presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to research, analyze, and interpret issues and/or questions from customers.
- Internship, campus leadership, customer service, or technology experience is a bonus, but not required.
