About the Program
The LvlUp University Ambassador Program connects students with one of the world's fastest-growing venture ecosystems.
As a University Ambassador, you'll represent LvlUp within your university and local startup community, helping identify exceptional founders, strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems, and connect promising startups with investment opportunities.
This role is ideal for students who enjoy building communities, creating opportunities for founders, and expanding their network within venture capital and startups.
What You'll Do
- Represent LvlUp Ventures across your university and local startup ecosystem
- Build relationships with student founders, entrepreneurship clubs, E-Cells, incubators, accelerators, and innovation centers
- Identify promising startups and introduce high-potential founders to LvlUp
- Share venture programs, founder opportunities, and ecosystem initiatives with your network
- Attend entrepreneurship events and strengthen LvlUp's presence on campus
- Support founders through introductions, community building, and ecosystem connections
- Help expand LvlUp's global network of entrepreneurs and startup communities
What You'll Receive
- 1–2% carry on funded referrals or $500–$100,000+ in cash compensation, depending on the investment outcome
- Direct access to LvlUp's global network of founders, investors, operators, and venture partners
- Exposure to venture capital, startup investing, and early-stage company building
- Opportunities to collaborate with the LvlUp investment and platform teams
- Invitations to exclusive founder events, ecosystem initiatives, and community programs

What Top Ambassadors Unlock
Outstanding ambassadors earn far more than compensation on funded referrals.
Recommendation Letters: Top ambassadors can request a personalized recommendation letter after 2–3 months of strong performance, highlighting their real contributions and impact.
Portfolio Job Referrals: High-performing ambassadors receive priority introductions to hiring opportunities across LvlUp's portfolio.
Fast-Tracked Dealflow Partner Interviews: Outstanding ambassadors earn priority interview access for the Dealflow Partner program.
Performance Requirement: Fast-tracked candidates must still qualify by maintaining at least 10 qualified startup referrals per month and meeting all Dealflow Partner requirements.

No prior venture capital or investing experience is required.
