No prior experience is required. Through paid training and personalized mentorship, you'll gain hands-on experience working with nationally recognized Fortune 500 brands while developing valuable professional skills.

What You'll Do

As a Brand Management Specialist, you'll help strengthen brand awareness through face-to-face customer interactions and retail marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

Represent Fortune 500 client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Educate customers on products and services while identifying solutions that fit their needs.

Support the execution of marketing campaigns within retail environments.

Build lasting customer relationships that strengthen brand loyalty.

Work closely with teammates to achieve campaign goals.

Participate in ongoing business, leadership, and professional development training.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Coachable and motivated to grow professionally.

Customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
