Graphic Design Intern
About the Role
Targeted Marketing is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to elevate the email experience for our clients. Working closely with our Principal Strategist, you'll translate client visions into beautifully crafted emails that forge real emotional connections with recipients. Our diverse client base, spanning apparel, technology, and health & beauty, means no two projects look alike.
The ideal candidate brings strong design instincts and the drive to turn conceptual ideas into polished, production-ready work. Beyond building your portfolio, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the digital marketing ecosystem, omni-channel best practices, and the world of e-commerce, working directly alongside business owners and marketing professionals.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with our Principal Strategist to define and execute creative briefs
- Design and iterate on email templates across a range of client brands
- Incorporate client feedback to refine and improve designs
- Help build and document a scalable template creation process
- Commit up to 20 hours per week with flexibility around your schedule

Qualifications
- A portfolio showcasing your design work; prior email design experience is a plus
- Preferred experience with Figma, Google Suite, and Monday.com
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or Attentive is a bonus
