In-Home Care Assistant
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Daily Living Support: Assist clients with daily routines, including light meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Companionship & Engagement: Provide meaningful social interaction, emotional support, and companionship.
Mobility Assistance: Help clients move safely around their homes or accompany them on short walks and local errands.
Care Documentation: Maintain brief daily logs tracking client well-being and any notable changes to share with supervisors or family members.
Qualifications & Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the local area.
Ability to pass a background check.
