As a Remote Travel Coordinator, you will learn the ins and outs of the modern travel industry while working directly with clients to plan their dream itineraries. 

• Client Consultation: Learn to conduct discovery calls to understand clients' travel styles, budgets, and bucket-list goals.
• Itinerary Design: Research, curate, and build comprehensive, polished daily travel itineraries featuring high-end accommodations, private tours, and logistics.
• Vendor Coordination: Interact with global travel suppliers, luxury cruise lines, and wholesale portals to secure bookings and manage reservations.
• Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their travels, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience.
• Marketing & Growth: Utilize digital tools and social media to showcase top-tier destinations and attract new clients.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (all majors welcome to apply!).

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Passionate about world travel, geography, and diverse cultures.
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop/computer.
