Growth Marketing Coordinator

L'Attitude Recruiting isn’t just another recruiting and HR company. Founded by two recruiting gurus who, like many, were overlooked, underpaid, and undervalued. As a Philly- and South Jersey-based company, we are on a mission to spot a Growth Marketing Coordinator who shares our vision and is passionate about what they can do. Someone who knows they can knock this role out of the galaxy.

At L’Attitude, we not only help businesses hire exceptional talent at the speed of light, but we also support applicants with resumes, career coaching, and job search support. We are also proud of our Fresh Start program initiative that gives people in re-entry the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to get back on their feet and find work. Our mission is simple: we’re not just filling jobs; we’re helping people move forward.

To make our mission brighter than the stars, we need an innovative Growth Marketing Coordinator who is ready to move forward too. This role plays a pivotal part in making that happen. If you are looking for a job with real meaning and purpose, I think you found your home. As a Growth Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help us create content, build awareness, generate interest, and turn attention into real opportunities for job seekers, businesses, and people looking to find stability.

What you’ll do

  • Create and post content that helps grow our brand, engagement, following, and mission.
  • Develop monthly content calendars for all major platforms.
  • Produce and publish short-form content across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and TikTok where relevant).
  • Bring attention to our recruiting services, resume coaching, and Fresh Start programs.
  • Engage with people online through comments, messages, and outreach.
  • Help generate leads and spark conversations with potential candidates and business prospects.
  • Support the flow of interested people into applications, calls, and next steps.
  • Track engagement, activity, and what’s working so we can keep improving and growing.
  • Work with our team to improve what content and outreach strategies perform best.
  • Report weekly on content performance and lead metrics.

We want a Growth Marketing Coordinator who:

  • Can write clearly and create content that people actually want to engage with.
  • Is comfortable talking to people online and starting conversations.
  • Wants to learn, develop new skills, and build real experience in marketing, business development, sales, and recruiting.
  • Cares about helping people and being part of something bigger than just a paycheck.
  • Can work independently but also take direction and feedback well.
  • Is organized, dependable, punctual, and able to manage follow-ups consistently.
  • Is metrics-minded. You care which posts produce pipeline, not just likes.
  • Is coachable, ambitious, and not afraid to take risks.

This role is a great fit if you

  • Aren't just “hard working”, but prideful in your hard work.
  • Like social media, video editing, and content creation.
  • Have prior experience in social media, marketing, sales, client management, or lead generation.
  • Are interested in recruiting, marketing, or business growth.
  • Want hands-on experience with a real brand.
  • Like the idea of helping people find work and build better futures.
  • Want to be part of a team that values initiative, creativity, and impact.

What success looks like for a Growth Marketing Coordinator:

  • Grow our audience and brand reputation.
  • Bring in more leads and conversations.
  • Create content that reflects our mission and gets attention.
  • Build momentum for a company that’s doing meaningful work.

Why this role matters to more than just us…

This is more than a marketing job. The content you help create and the conversations you help start as a Growth Marketing Coordinator can lead to real interviews, real hires, and real fresh starts. If you want to help build something with purpose, support a local growing business, all while gaining practical experience, this is a no-brainer.

Want to stand out when applying?

  • Make sure your resume is up to date.
  • A short note about why this role interests you.
  • Any examples of content, social posts, writing, or outreach you’ve done.
