Talent Acquisition Marketing Intern
In this role, you'll support strategic recruitment marketing initiatives focused on specialty departments, including Orthotics & Prosthetics and Respiratory Therapy. You'll partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and department leaders to create engaging content, improve candidate experiences, and develop materials that help attract top talent.
This internship offers hands-on experience in employer branding, content development, recruitment marketing, and cross-functional collaboration within a healthcare organization.

Minimum of 25 hours per week
Pay: $18.00 per hour
What You'll Do
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
Assist in developing recruitment marketing materials for key clinical departments
Create digital recruitment collateral, including flyers, graphics, presentations, and employee spotlight features
Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement efforts
Organize and maintain recruitment marketing assets and content libraries
Career Content Development
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and department leaders to gather stories, department highlights, and career pathway information
Support content writing and messaging development for recruitment campaigns
Ensure materials align with organizational branding standards and candidate needs
Recruitment Landing Pages
Assist in the creation and enhancement of recruitment landing pages for specialty clinical areas
Recommend content, layout, and branding improvements to strengthen the candidate experience
Help showcase department culture and career opportunities through engaging content and visuals
Research & Innovation
Research recruitment marketing trends and healthcare employer branding best practices
Explore social media strategies and content ideas to support future talent attraction efforts
Develop sample campaigns and content concepts as opportunities arise
What We're Looking For
Senior-level undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for branding and visual storytelling
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with graphic design, social media content creation, or marketing tools is a plus
Interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, healthcare marketing, or talent acquisition
