Digital Marketing Manager

Expected Responsibilities

  1. SEO Optimization & Web Management: Audit, refine, and manage our website to ensure we rank at the top of local search results for key search terms.
  2. Paid Ad Campaigns: Ideate, launch, and optimize highly effective marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram,  etc to secure new remodeling clients and sell subdivision lots.
  3. Social Media Growth: Capture our authentic company atmosphere and translate it into engaging Instagram Reels and posts that grow our follower base and drive inquiries.
  4. Community Engagement: Coordinate local sponsorships, fundraisers, and community initiatives to strengthen our local presence and drive word-of-mouth growth.

Specific Skills

  1. Digital Marketing & Local SEO: Practical knowledge of SEO strategies and web refinement to maximize search visibility.
  2. Campaign & Content Creation: Ability to generate high-performing ad concepts and produce/edit engaging short-form video content (Reels/TikTok).
  3. Strategic Budgeting: A focus on high-ROI marketing, maximizing the impact of our budget to generate the biggest bang for our buck.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Self-Reliance & Autonomy: An out-of-the-box thinker who is self-motivated and thrives in a high-trust environment without needing strict management or constant oversight.
  2. Industry Foundational Knowledge: A basic, foundational understanding of the construction, home building, or real estate industries.
  3. Execution Mindset: Proven capability to take a creative idea, build a strategy around it, and independently execute it to drive measurable results.
