Eastbrook Academy Head of School
Eastbrook Academy (EBA) is a K4-12 independent Christian school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, committed to developing the Christ-like leaders our world needs today. Founded in 1998 as a ministry of Eastbrook Church, EBA was established with a distinctive vision: to provide an academically rigorous, Christ-centered education for students from diverse racial, ethnic, economic, and geographic backgrounds.
Today, EBA serves approximately 400 students from across the Milwaukee area. Its mission is to support families in the academic and spiritual development of their children through a rigorous education grounded in Christ-like living. Since its founding, the school has been shaped by four pillars: Christian, Diverse, Rigorous, and inspired by the classical model. Students are known personally, teachers are deeply invested, and the school size allows for a level of individual attention that many families value. For this reason, EBA’s motto is “Students do BRAVE AND BEAUTIFUL things when they know they are SEEN AND LOVED."
The next Head of School will inherit a mission-driven community, a capable leadership team, a supportive board, and a school ready for renewed momentum. The opportunity is to help Eastbrook move from stabilization to flourishing while remaining faithful to the Christian, diverse, rigorous, and classically-inspired vision that has shaped the Academy from the beginning.
