Foster Care Case Manager

General Job Duties 

Manages an assigned number of clients (children, adults and/or families). Responsible for implementing the treatment plan, directing and providing services, and overall case management guidance. Assists clients with a variety of personal and social needs including housing, transportation, placement, etc. Responsible for working with program staff to address client treatment, family and social issues. Requires some on-call/after-hours work. Must be willing to travel in the service areas.  

Minimum Qualifications 

All applicants must meet the following qualifications: 

Must be 21 years of age or older. 

Must have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field. 

Must be able to pass a criminal records check. 

Must be able to pass a child abuse & neglect check. 

Must be able to pass a drug screening. 

Must have a valid Kentucky driver’s license.
