Responsibilities

• Teach engaging martial arts classes for students ages 4 through adult.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
• Motivate students to achieve their goals while building confidence and character.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and safety.
• Assist with student evaluations, belt testing, and special events.
• Welcome prospective students and help them feel comfortable during introductory classes.
• Communicate professionally with parents and students.
• Maintain a clean, organized training facility.
• Participate in instructor training and ongoing professional development.
• Represent Vision Martial Arts with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Martial arts experience (any recognized style considered).
• Teaching or coaching experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with strong leadership qualities.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Passion for helping children and families succeed.
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Black Belt (or equivalent experience).
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience teaching children.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
