About Us
Thurston County Food Bank (TCFB) is committed to eliminating hunger in our community through neighbor-helping-neighbor service. TCFB serves more than 71,000 community members annually through pantries, satellite and mobile programs, home delivery, and partnerships with regional agencies. AmeriCorps members play a critical role in expanding access to nutritious food while supporting dignity, equity, and community resilience. The member plays a key role in advancing our mission by supporting food pantry services to food bank clients, working directly with clients, volunteers, and staff on food distribution days, making a tangible impact in the community. The member will build strong organizational and professional skills, with hands-on experience and opportunities to work across multiple facilities. We expect to begin rolling review of applications and interviews in mid-late July. Visit us online at: https://tcfb.org/ or email host site at: beccaa@tcfb.org.
