Executive Assistant
About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide professional and personal support to the president of Allegiance
Strategies, LLC., and will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings
and conference calls for senior staff, tracking deadlines, arranging travel, completing receipt and expense
reports, and basic office management tasks. The new hire must be able to manage a complex calendar that
often shifts throughout the day and understand how to prioritize clients and projects.
The new hire should be able to comfortably and professionally interact with high-net-worth individuals and
clients and be able to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner. The Executive
Assistant’s success will be measured by ability to produce high quality work, meet deadlines, pay attention
to detail, maintain confidentiality, demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness, prioritize, and make a positive
impact. The Executive Assistant must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
This position will provide an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our firm’s efforts to shape ethical,
right-minded public policy. The Executive Assistant will be based in the DC area with a hybrid office
schedule of work-from-home Mondays and Fridays, and in-office days Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and
Thursdays.
Responsibilities
Professional Support
• Manage complex calendar coordination and meeting scheduling across multiple time zones
• Arrange comprehensive travel logistics including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and
itineraries
• Handle event and conference registration, including tracking deadlines and managing credentials
• Process receipts and expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness
• Send invitations and manage RSVPs for business dinners and networking events
Personal Support
• Schedule personal appointments (barbershop, eye doctor, etc.) for President
• Make restaurant reservations for both business and personal occasions
• Handle unexpected personal tasks such as coordinating rental returns or managing time-sensitive
issues
• Troubleshoot technology problems and coordinate with IT support when needed

Office Management
• Organize and maintain two office floors within the same building in downtown DC, including being
main point of contact for building management
• Greet guests in the lobby and escort them to the correct floor for meetings and in-office events
• Coordinate office improvements, including scheduling contractors and work orders and monitoring
project completion
• Order and restock office supplies, beverages, and snacks, and organize the fridges/kitchens
• Water plants
• Prepare the conference room for meetings, including upkeeping IT components
• Oversee deliveries, including tracking packages, signing for them, supervising unloads, and
unboxing
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant experience (including participating in and/or managing clubs, student organizations, event
planning, internships, part-time/service jobs, etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal)
• Familiarity and comfort with advocating for limited government, pro-life policies, pro-LGBT
policies, and support for religious freedom for people of diverse faiths
• Excellent decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort with ambiguity
• Demonstrable competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
