Engineering Services & Products Company (ESAPCO), manufacturer of ClearSpan™ building solutions, is seeking a Safety Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our safety culture across manufacturing, warehouse, and construction operations. This role partners closely with the Vice President of Operations to develop safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.

What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety policies, programs, and training.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DNR, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and facility walkthroughs.
- Investigate workplace incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain OSHA logs, compliance records, and required regulatory reporting.
- Lead employee safety training and new hire safety orientation.
- Support workers' compensation administration and return-to-work efforts.
- Partner with department leaders to identify and reduce workplace hazards.
- Chair and participate in safety committee meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support ISO 9000 certification efforts and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Manage internal first responder programs and emergency preparedness.
- Create reports and communicate safety metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Risk Management, Operations, or a related field.
Required
- 2-5 years of safety, compliance, environmental, or risk management experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- OSHA training and strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies such as OSHA, EPA, and DNR.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
Preferred Skills
- Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ISO quality management systems.

Work Environment
This position works in both office and manufacturing environments and regularly interacts with production, warehouse, and construction operations. Occasional exposure to noise, machinery, dust, temperature changes, and other industrial conditions should be expected.
