Engineering Services & Products Company (ESAPCO), manufacturer of ClearSpan™ building solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering, operations, customers, and field teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

  • Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimating, operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Monitor project scope, costs, quality, and milestones.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to verify progress and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare project updates and communicate progress to leadership and customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and purchase orders.
  • Mentor junior Project Managers as opportunities arise.
  • Utilize project management software, ERP systems, and scheduling tools to manage project performance.

Qualifications

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, Engineering, or a related field.

Required

  • 3-5 years of construction project management or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and project management principles.
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Epicor, Microsoft Project, or similar systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP Certification
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification

Work Environment

This position combines office-based project management with periodic visits to active construction sites. Occasional regional travel may be required.
