Video Creator & Editor: Axiom Value Wealth Management (Rockville, MD)

Axiom Value Wealth Management, a Rockville-based advisory firm dedicated to helping federal employees and veterans retire happy, is seeking a creative Video Creator & Editor to bring our educational content to life.

What you'll do:

  • Film and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Repurpose clips from our TV segments ("Retire Now DMV!" on Fox5 DC and DC News Now), webinars, and workshops into social-ready content
  • Create motion graphics, captions, and b-roll that align with our brand look and feel
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on video concepts for seminars, client education, and community events
  • Help manage our video content calendar and publishing workflow

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
  • An eye for storytelling, pacing, and clean visual design
  • Familiarity with short-form video trends and platform best practices
  • Bonus: motion graphics (After Effects), audio editing, or on-set filming experience

This is a great opportunity for a student or recent grad to build a real portfolio, work directly with a media-active founder, and see their work reach thousands of viewers across the DMV.
