As we prepare to scale through e-commerce, wholesale partnerships, and future international markets, we're looking for a motivated intern to help build the digital foundations that will power our growth.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a growing business, implementing real-world analytics and CRM systems that will influence strategic decisions from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Build Our Data Analytics Ecosystem
You'll help create the systems that track how customers discover, engage with, and purchase TipClip products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing Google Analytics 4
- Connecting and configuring Shopify analytics
- Setting up Google Search Console
- Tracking key performance metrics including traffic, conversions, customer acquisition, and product performance
- Creating easy-to-understand reporting dashboards for business decision-making
Implement a CRM System
You'll help establish a professional customer relationship management platform that supports future growth.
This will involve:
- Setting up a CRM platform such as HubSpot CRM
- Integrating CRM with Shopify
- Creating customer and stakeholder contact databases
- Designing sales pipelines for wholesale opportunities
- Developing automated workflows and customer follow-up processesÂ
Generate Data-Driven Marketing Insights
You'll analyse customer and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improved marketing performance.
Areas of focus include:
- Website visitor behaviour
- Marketing channel performance
- Customer purchasing trends
- Repeat purchase behaviour
- Campaign recommendations for social media, video content, SEO, and promotions
