Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions & Partnerships Manager (Remote / Commission-Based)

Imperial Prestige LLC is an institutional telecommunications infrastructure governance and asset management firm. We represent large-scale multi-family (MDU) developers, asset managers, and institutional owners across all 50 states to audit, optimize, and future-proof their digital infrastructure portfolios.

We are not looking for passive interns or back-office analysts. We are seeking highly ambitious, high-posture, and commercially aggressive operators for a full-cycle Acquisitions & Partnerships Manager role.

In this fully remote, commission-based position, you will act as a true partner. You will leverage your existing network, build your own pipeline, lead executive presentations, and close institutional real estate portfolios (150+ unit high-rises, pre-construction developments, luxury apartments, and HOAs). You will manage the entire transaction from cold origination to the final signed Broker of Record (BOR) agreement.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Origination & Hunting: Build and execute your own outbound pipeline targeting VPs of Development, Chief Investment Officers, and Portfolio Asset Managers via LinkedIn, data mining, and direct outreach.

Network Utilization: Leverage personal networks, real estate associations, or institutional contacts to open doors with major portfolio decision-makers.

Executive Presentations: Lead live virtual meetings and present Imperial Prestige’s infrastructure frameworks directly to C-suite executives, proving how we inject millions in Net Operating Income (NOI) at zero cost to ownership.

Closing Decisions: Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, overcome corporate objections, and close deals by securing signed Master BOR agreements and clearing our corporate mobilization invoices.

Live Presenter Capabilities: You are highly articulate and command a room. You can stand toe-to-toe with 50-year-old real estate developers and speak with absolute authority.

Commercial Real Estate Literacy: A strong grasp of institutional metrics (NOI, CapEx, Cap Rates, and portfolio valuations).

Extreme Autonomy: This is a fully remote role with no micro-management. You operate like the owner of your own territory.

Compensation & Structure

Elite Commission Structure: This is a 100% performance-driven, 1099 contract position. You earn a flat $1,000 payout immediately upon a portfolio executing our Master BOR and clearing our initialization invoice.

Uncapped Scale: Because we target massive national footprints, closing a single portfolio developer can yield multiple assets under one agreement, opening doors to rapid, multi-thousand-dollar payouts.

Enterprise Track Record: You will be executing full-cycle corporate deals that standard graduates don't touch until years into their careers. This role provides the ultimate leverage for future roles in private equity, commercial brokerage, or institutional development.
