Insurance Service Representative

Job Description
- This is a full time position
- Billing for client accounts: Interface with clients, insurance companies, mortgage companies and others to edit billing options and to make sure billing stays current
- Checking insurance company websites for important notices and disseminating them to the appropriate person
- Preparing policy reviews for commercial and personal Account Managers
- Managing the admin email inbox and forwarding emails to the appropriate person
- Basic policy changes as needed
- Finalized Quality Control check for new client files
- Management of updates and issues with various programs and applications
- Gather information from new clients
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills – ability to juggle several types of tasks within a workday or work week.
- A true love of people and desire to help each person.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Quick to learn various computer programs and applications
- Lifelong learning through team book discussions and other education opportunities.
- Love of board games a plus.
